Green Operation Practice and Organizational Performance in Selected Manufacturing Firms in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria

The goal of this study was to determine how green operation affected organizational performance in a selected Nigerian manufacturing companies Akwa Ibom State. used descriptive survey approach, and 179 sample were drawn from total 295 populations. With the research mind, two hypotheses developed. A structured questionnaire that given respondent utilizing random sampling procedures served as primary tool for data collection. Regression analysis analysis. findings indicate design have significant impact on specific State enterprises. Based analysis's findings, it is concluded are relational variables can affect at companies. As result, suggested industrial State, Nigeria, incorporate these concepts. Designers may develop strategies reduce negative environmental effects, conserve resources, advance human health wellbeing, help build more resilient sustainable future. Additionally, lowered resource use, reduced waste, increased operational efficiency, all which resulted cost savings.
